We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• You experience an allergic reaction to your product, or
• Your order arrives damaged or defective.

If either occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at esthercares@esthercares.com. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.

We’ll gladly remake or replace your product to ensure your experience with Esther Cares remains nurturing and fulfilling.

Because Texas heat is no joke, we ship Mon–Wed with insulated packaging and cool packs. If your butter arrives softened, pop it in the fridge for 30–60 minutes and it’ll reset beautifully (whipped textures may look different but performance is the same). Please bring the package inside promptly after delivery.
